When I am out taking pictures–no matter where it is–I like to look for interesting patterns. I think patterns alone can be quite interesting or you can use patterns to help draw the eye to the subject. Here are some of my recent shots that include patterns.
I like how the pattern in the following photo frames the subject and draws your eye in.
