I haven’t been very good at posting some of our family activities here on the blog lately. Summer has been busy. Today, I thought I would catch you up a bit.
My baby turned 2. I am still in denial

My girls and husband hiked the “Y.” All these photos are BEFORE the serious injury that occurred as they started the hike down the mountain. Lots of blood, 14 stitches (in 2 layers), and 6 weeks later it has almost healed. Oh my!!
A trip to the zoo was on our schedule as soon as we found out that a baby elephant was born last fall. My daughter is CRAZY about elephants. Just ask her to tell you all the differences between African and Asian elephants. You’ll get an earful!
Our 4th of July was delightful and relaxing.
